Hey could someone help me get a stable overclock with the i7 860 CPU on a P55-UD3R with Corsair H100 cooling system?

Thanks

Here is a good guide for that.... "GUIDE"

This law has touched everyone at one time or another. In my case, multiple times.

My temps at stock (2.8GHz) before OC are
33C idle
53C load (using Prime95 Stress)

I don't know how high I can OC it

For temperatures when stress testing, up into the 70s C is honestly not going to hurt your processor - you have a lot of overclocking headroom thumb.gif
For that chip, your voltages can go up to 1.4 V (based on intel's spec).
This will help: https://www.overclock.net/t/929547/i7-8xx-club

Okay well I'm new to this and attempting 4.0ghz I'm almost getting stable with 20x CPU clock ration, 200bclk, I'm just stuck with voltages can anyone help with vcore, vtt, PLL, pch and dram

Try bumping up the DRAM voltage from 1.5 to 1.55. That could make a real difference in stability (you can usually go up to 1.65V there and be safe).
Where is your vcore at right now?

EDIT: you can go higher on the vcore with that processor - that should make it stable (try bumping it up two notches)

It seems stable at the moment..
my temps are 37C Idle
63C Full Load (except 1 core peaked to 68C for less then a second)
I'll restart now and give all my voltages and i'll bump up my DRAM
