w000t what cooling do you have? ) I'm impressed.

I got problems with heating
https://www.overclock.net/forum/atta...301906&thumb=1
Using Alphacool Eisaber 360 LT Cooler with 3x Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM 120mm fans and case fans are SilientWings 3 HS 140mm

and with Realbench stress test I'm hitting 90C+ right after I start test can run it for 30min but temps will be around 98-99C used this setttings
https://forums.bit-tech.net/index.ph...master.353729/

I thought that I've good cooling but seems not any suggestions to improve it?

Those temperatures are pretty high for 1.23V VR VOUT and 150W

I have a custom loop, but DT between coolant and package temperature is only around ~40C (70C total if coolant = 30C) around that wattage.

Maybe you have bad contact on the IHS or the AIO block itself has issues.

Those temps are way higher than mine and I'm using a H150 Pro AIO with a 1.32v vvore (5Ghz), max I see running heavy loads is 85c.
Something isn't right...

yea I know when I installed Eisaber I did tests and I dont remember I had even 80C got Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut on IHS but maybe I'll need to take it off, clean and place again.. because nothing has really changed beside fans I changed AiO fan and case fans changed that to increase performance and I noticed huge lose which I cant find ;/

Yes something is wrong with your cooling.

99C at 1.234v VR VOUT and just 132 amps ...
With that cooling you should only be at 80C.

New workload that makes my overclock fall over: XTU benchmark pulls >>230A Icc at 50x

Part of the problem is the linear load line being inefficient for different levels of "load", so an optimal operating point for CB20 isn't going to survive a LinX v9 or XTU benchmark run.
A piece-wise function here would be a lot better. Hope Comet Lake's new platform comes with a new VR with new features, or the problem will be even worse with 10 cores.
Other part is ICCmax being more of a suggestion than a hard limit, so using that parameter to prevent Vcore from going to the ground isn't reliable.

I think the GB Z370 Gaming 7 wasn't really meant for 8 Skylake cores running AVX2 at 50x.
Even on Extreme LLC with fixed voltage the board droops 1.38V to 1.3V.

changed fans to stock one here are reults
https://www.overclock.net/forum/atta...302036&thumb=1
after 13min of work

I would say its almost same maybe bit better should I start checking IHS and pump contact? or change location of cooler from top to front and put fans to pull not to push like in top scenario, could also check top scenario with pull fans on two sides of cooler or a push direction really dont know now not sure where should I look for problem.

I have the same cooler. I would re-mount it. You need to make sure you space out the back plate holes evenly to where the top screw goes into them easily and not at an angle.

Then cross tighten each one a little bit at a time so you have even pressures.

This is a p95 run for 90mins using the same cooler:

The other thing you might want to do is take off the side panel and see what happen. You might have some air flow issues and the hot air is getting trapped from the GPU. Keep in mind your GPU is dumping a lot of hot air into the box when you're running real bench unlike cpu only stress tests.
