Did a lot of testing (see below) and it appears that VCCSA and VCCIO at 1.150 and 1.050 volt and Vcore Auto with +0.025 offset works best. Got a succesfull run of 10. CPU runs now at 4.9 Ghz, but for science i'll check in a moment if the problem is also fixed at stock speeds, but with increased voltage.
Yes it works, but sometimes (maybe one out of 10 ) there is an error. Everything else has been rock solid, no matter what I throw at it. That was also the case when the results are all over the place, so I'm not really sure what the practical meaning of these errors is.
Tried some stuff (all on default stock speed):
I set 1.30 volt for VSSA and VSIO, 3600Mhz and timings 15-15-15-36 (rest auto): Result black screen again, had to cmos reset
Then I set 1.25 volt for VSSA and VSIO, 3600Mhz and timings 15-15-15-36: Result Freeze during LinX in 30 secs
Then I set 1.25 volt for VSSA and VSIO, 3600Mhz and timings 16-16-16-38: Quick blue screen Page Fault
Tried auto voltage and set ram to 3600Mhz. Timings on auto which gives according to CPUZ- 22-25-25-630-2T - Fired up LinX, but the residuals are all over the place again.
Tried manual timings of 18-18-18-60-630-2T auto volts, except ram at 1.45 volt. LinX is succesfull with in this situation (stopped after 6)
Now at 15-15-15-40-630-2T with VCSSA and VCIO at manual 1.20 volt. Ram again at 1.45. Again LinX succesfull, I stopped after 6 runs
Next, same as above, but with 400 tRFC, now LinX residuals are 2 errors out of 6
Only raising the VCSSA and VCIO voltages from 1.20 to 1.25: Again 2 errors out of 6.
Next I tried some other slower ramsticks (2x8gb)I have here at default speeds: Again LinX errors. Same for XMP profile: LinX errors
