I stay away from heavy AVX stress tests as it proves nothing except for overloading the VRM and the CPU. For a gaming rig I just use RealBench, x264 or old prime 26.6.

I am awaiting the M11 Apex tomorrow.
Yeah. Elmor and I were doing some small Fixed FFT FMA3 prime95 (build 29.5 build 9) + LLC8 (Ultra Extreme on Gigabyte) stress testing. Results were basically "don't use Ultra Extreme LLC with FMA3 prime95"

Currently i can run @ 5.2ghz 1.365v but i'm thermally limited and cannot run stress tests without hitting 100C within 5 minutes. It is stable for daily use and gaming. Would like to go higher for benching.
I have it ready to install, just need some time. Hopefully this weekend.

I got 5.3ghz on 1.35v but it gets too hot in stress tests (fine in normal use) without the water in the loop heating up at all.

Hopefully the delid and direct die will help with those heat spikes.

Same here. But I want to play with single core(s) boost instead of setting 53x to all. I'm not going to delid.

I'm not sure how to read that. I can do 5ghz with 1.20 from bios.

Run core voltage stock then run stress test and read core voltage with soft ware utility.

Assuming that it wont crash, what's the point of this measure?

Mine runs 1.464v at 5.0GHz. Just trying to find out if my voltage is normal.

:O
..and what are temps????? Yours cooling cant handle that i suppose. CinebenchR15 all-core temps? Probably not 5.0 all cores or temps are 120C > shutdown... Or its throttles at really bad!

I just ran it for a few seconds at 5.0GHz and stock core voltage. It throttles at 100c.
