i7 7800x low memory writing speed

Hello everyone,

I newly built a system with an i7 7800x. When everything is default and the system is fresh installed, I get very low memory writing speed. Even when I enable XMP to 3000Mhz quad channel, the writing is still ~70% of the reading speed. The mesh frequency is 2.4Ghz at default.

Does anyone know what's wrong here? I tried a different memory kit, it's the same.

Lower your AVX, as you can.
I 've watched, AIDA is switching frequencies while testing Write and Copy Speed.
