Well i got new memory: Corsair 3200Mhz cas16 and did another memtest overnight with everything overclocked and the XMP profile running.
As you can see everything ran flawless and passed the test without any issue.
Seems it was bad memory after all, thanks all for the help.

Excellent work!
I still don't know how bad kits get out there when they're supposed to be pre-tested.

BTW you never told us what the old memory (brand / modules) were!

It was actually the same style.
Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz cas15.

I was considering going for another brand but this is the very first time anything corsair failed me and their memory still gets rave reviews so went for a gamble.
So did the test asap in case it was bad as well so i could return it.

I had blend testing failing on a complete stock machine, no XMP, no CPU OC, straight up restored bios to defaults as safety to make sure i didn't mess a setting up.
I had P95 blend with AVX, fail as low as 4.2GHz on an i5-9600k, and that was with a lot more volts than others seem to need. So I gave up on blend. I'll try more OCing when I hook up my backup computer so I don't die of boredom running P95/etc.
