Air cooled overclocking records in polar vortex?

Those looking to set some individual air cooled overclocking records might just take your system outside tomorrow somewhere in the mid-west and crank up the voltage and the CPU multiplier. Shouldn't be any cooling issues. The high temperature in Chicago tomorrow will be -15, the low -23. You could get some wicked cooling with that ambient.

Of course, you'll have to find some way to operate the computer (fingers/mouse) at those temps (at least for the duration of your benchmark). Not sure if a screen will work at those temps. Maybe CPU outside, video and USB cables leading inside

[email protected] (-1 AVX offset) on ASRock Z390 Taichi with Noctua NH-D15 air cooler
CPU offset voltage of -25mv, runs VRVout 1.240-1.313V on full AVX load, 1.225-1.275V on non-AVX load
2x8GB [email protected] at 1.45V, G.Skill F4-3733C17Q-32GTZKK (XMP rated [email protected])
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB OC with Corsair RMx 750W power supply
Samsung 970 EVO 500GB NVMe boot SSD and four other drives all in a Fractal Design R6 Case

-20F ambient isn't nearly cool enough to set any records unfortunately

I'm talking about individual "air-cooled" records for your own system. Obviously, we're not comparing to an LN-cooled system here. I'm guessing anyone with an air cooled system could get more out of it tomorrow outside than they've ever done before.
