I have no idea how they rate their cooling capacity but you also have to remember that the radiator is but one piece in the chain that also is limited by air flow, water flow, water block effectiveness, etc. At some point increasing the size of radiator coverage won't improve your cooling.
Your case is also really small so you'll hit heat soak much sooner than on a larger one, especially with both input and output facing radiators.
