Is my CPU hot? Having trouble reading temp

Hey all, been a while since I checked my temp.
Is this hot? This is my idle, Im not doing anything. I would think each core at 20c is COOL for each core but damn.... 128c?
edit: and if TJmax is 100c... doesnt it mean it shuts down at 100c?

CoreTemp, SpeedFan and HWmonitor are all very outdated. HWinfo is like HWmonitor but much better. CPUz can do everything that CoreTemp could (if not HWinfo will) and sadly SpeedFan has no replacement yet unless you count BIOS+motherboard software.

Looks normal to me...well HWinfo does.
The other stuff that's way off is likely a bad read on a sensor or several sensors.
