No hiccups though.

Your best bang for a buck option is getting a cheapest Ryzen build and use an external grabber to send video to it. 2nd option is getting RTX2060, I've heard Nvidia made some decent progress with NVENC and it finally is usable, delivering not-utter-**** image.
I will try a notebook (sandy bridge cpu) tomorrow, maybe with avx support it can handle veryfast preset [email protected] I don't want to spend money to external card, maybe a notebook with decent cpu at least 4or 5th gen can resolve my problems. I will take a look for used ones..

I can confirm that 1080/1440p 60fps did work to stream with Q9550, with decent RAM and SSD a few years ago. Not my setup at the time, however did see it work with components.
Do you remember which preset at it? If it is ultrafast ok for me too. I'm not sure ssd and ram can impact so much on it...

Both SSD and RAM cannot impact meaningfully, streaming depends in 95% at cpu strength.

No, sorry. However there are many nice guides around if you just research the topic. Should get it working eventually then. It can take a good while to set up all correctly for your particular setup.
