is this normal voltage ? 7900x 1.14v @4.5ghz

hello guys i have this setup for 6 month a 7900x cori9 which used to overclock it to 4.8ghz but now i decided to go for 4.5ghz so i was watching linus's tips on overclocking and used the negative offset per core and as far as i go down its still stable is this normal?i believe i can even go further to 1.13
my settings are :
xmp: enabled
core multiplier : x45
avx and avx 512 : x1
voltage offset: - 0.050 to 0.075
cpu input voltage: auto
vccio: auto
system agent: auto
LLC: level 3
CCC: 140%
CPU power phase control : optimized
