Help - i7-9700k only hits 3.6GHz 8 cores under 100% load

Hey guys.

I did some Cinebench R15 and R20 to see how my CPU was performing under load.
And i noticed that under 100% load, all 8 core's was sitting on 3.6GHz.

Isn't it suppose to look something like this (100% load) ?.

Core 1: 4.9 GHz
Core 2: 4.8 GHz
Core 3: 4.7 GHz
Core 4: 4.7 GHz
Core 5: 4.6 GHz
Core 6: 4.6 GHz
Core 7: 4.6 GHz
Core 8: 4.6 GHz

Something to do with Turbo Boost.
Or perhaps at least hit 4.6 GHz across all 8 cores when under 100% load

I am mistaken here?

Thanks in advance.

should be sitting at 4.6 with all cores loaded.

assuming it's not a thermal issue and throttling I'd assume you disabled turbo in BIOS.

What are your temps under 100% load?

Hmm weird, im pretty sure such should be enabled from the get-go. I havent entered BIOS once since i got my new setup.

If i go to BIOS/UEFI, what am i looking for in there? ASUS Multicore Enhancement or is it called Intel Turbo Boost ?

MCE is something entirely different. Just look for Turbo.

If you haven't been into the bios at all yet just go to the exit menu and select the "load optimised defaults" option as your first step.

Well i went into BIOS and cant find anything with "Turbo", except this one, which is enabled.
See picture: https://gyazo.com/8c3301bdd902affbd896e4cb4b6ae3ef

I can only find ASUS Multicore Enhancement, but as you guys said, that is something completely different than Turbo Boost.

So what to do here?

Besides that, i noticed that XMP I was enabled, and as said previously - i have never entered BIOS on this setup.

I then hit a tab which showed last saved settings, and it showed this:
See picture: https://gyazo.com/62b499587baae183f5a02ed63414fb69

I assume this is done by the company which builded my system for me. Can't imagine otherwise.

I'm not too up to date on everything, but to me it looks like turbo is enabled.
