How many watts does your cpu use under full load?

Hey guys, I was wondering how many watts over the recommended spec do you guys feel comfortable going over? Just a general question about intel cpus about overclocking. For example I am OC'ing my 6900k 8 core cpu and when I get to about 4.3GHz which is near It's limit it is according to Core Temp and CPUID using over 200 watts between 200-210. I don't want to abuse my wonderful chip so I ask, How many watts are you guys pushing through the system when you are in that range? I mean between 4 & 5 Ghz cause anything below that the wattage is very low. Thanks in advance.

If your CPU temps and voltages are good and also your PSU is plenty of power, you shouldn't worry about it.

But as a reference, my 5820k uses ~140W.

I agree with 100cotton here, as long as your temps are low and you have the power to spare (along with a sane voltage) you are good to go. Highest I have seen was 150w during a short-term test of OCCT CPU when testing 4.8Ghz, settled down at 4.7 for much lower voltage.
