New to OC-Need help

Hello everyone!
I'm Nick, I have an old configuration which I use sometimes for MOBA online games. I recently changed my CPU from and Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 to an E8500.
The problem is that this new one I put works perfectly, but the motherboard doesn't support it, so I read on the motherboard specs that it can be compatible with it only in OC.
My config is as it follows:
System Information
Time of this report: 6/25/2019, 20:29:53
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
System Model: 945GCM-S2L
BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM 1033 MHZ (2 X2GB)
Available OS Memory: 2816MB RAM
Page File: 2262MB used, 3367MB available
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 OC 128 bit 2Gb

So I was thinking to oc this E8500, what do you advice me to do? Any recomm and help would be great.
Thanks a lot!
