9900K - Faulty DRAM Kit possible?

Wondering if I have a faulty DDR4 kit here, or if my Motherboard and/or CPU IMC simply cannot handle this high RAM speed.

Relevant specs are:

9900K @ 4.8GHz / 1.260Vcore (tested for MANY HOURS and 100% stable CPU OC)
Z390 Gigabyte Aorus Ultra
EVGA 750w G2 (80+ plat efficiency) - I'm 90% sure it's NOT a power supply problem as I'm only stressing CPU+DRAM here, and this PSU runs my 9900K @ 5.0GHz + 1080Ti @ 2000MHz with no problems.

I'm attempting to run this kits of Gskill TridentZ DDR4 @ its XMP (4133MHz 19-19-19-39 2T). I RECKON I have a faulty DRAM Kit as, when I run ANY RAMTEST, it always fails at exactly the same point in a given test.

Quick example here would be KARHU RAMTEST. As you can see in the photo the test will fail EVERY TIME at exactly 7% coverage. The same is true with both HCI and Memtest86 (not at 7% coverage, but those tests both fail at the same time in their respective runs as well)

If the RAM is on the motherboard's QVL and your motherboard is on the RAM's QVL, then either you have a faulty kit of RAM or a weak IMC. The latter is almost never the case, and Coffee Lake should have no issue running >4000 on a 2x8 kit.

Does it fail on auto settings or just XMP? What vDIMM, VCCIO, and SA voltage? Try 1.5v vDIMM and 1.30v VCCIO/SA and work your way down if that passes.

Intel i9 9900K Coffee Lake @ X8 5309mhz (+47.5%)
AMD FX-8320 Vishera @ X4 5022mhz (+43.5%)
Intel i5 4690K Haswell @ X4 5013mhz (+43.2%)
AMD X4 960T Zosma @ X6 4870mhz (+62.3%)
Intel i7 6700 Skylake @ X4 4709mhz (+38.5%)
Intel i5 6400 Skylake @ X4 4588mhz (+69.9%)
