90-95c gaming is pretty high imo, what 15-30%load? but i guess thats what Intel wanted....
Alot of Pre-built PC's with the 9900k run at thermal throttling 105c? or is it 110c?
Not to mention the laptop they put a 9900k in and it thermal throttles so bad I believe it stayed around 2ghz with max temps doing almost anything...
Personally I tried to stay below 90 or 95c on air, I think I got all core to 4.8ghz @ like 1.28vcore? I cant remember the vcore...
Water is your friend, after my delid(now direct die cooling) last night I'm hitting 70c non-AVX and 80c AVX load 5.2ghz 1.4vcore
From what I hear Noctua has a HSF that can kinda handle the heat from the 9900k, either that or "GOOD"(not cheap) AIO.
