OC i5-8600k Asus Rog z-370F

Hi,

mobo: ASUS Z-370F
CPU: i5-8600k
Cooler: Cryriog r1 ultimate
RAM:HyperX Fury DDR4 3466Mhz

i am kind of new to OCing and have mostly been using the ez tuneup service that asus provides in BIOS.

I overclock manually and i am at 4,4GHz currently but not found the stable voltage YET (currently at 1,1v)
If i try 4,5 or higher I instantly get blue screen even at 1,3 volts

I have a few questions about OCing should CPU SVID controller be disabled when i have manual voltage controller?

I´ve also turned of AVX instruction or I did set it to 0. And I´m using Prime95 for stress testing the CPU, I turn off all the AVX options (is that correct) and i use the small test. My temps are at max 70C under the test.

Also after i turned the CPU down to manually 4,4 and not the ez tuneup from asus at 4,7 I´ve gotten better FPS in games. Any idea?

Thanks in advice!

P.S: Any tips related to OC is appreciated as I am trying to learn.

EDIT: The CPU is delided
