9900k Direct Die Strangely Low idle Temperature

Hi guys,
So I finally delidded my 9900k last week, install it with Der8auer direct die frame, Conductonaut LM and Ek waterblock on top.
The idle temp showing in bios is 11C, my room temp is 70F (21C), it goes to around 45C during game benchmark section
The cold plate has good contact with the die, I did chip the corner of the die a little bit during delidding, but I have no CPU errors so far.

Is there something wrong with my cpu?
Thanks

Have you tried any other stability tests? I would run it through 1 hour of Realbench v2.56 and see if you get any errors and log the temps. It does seem strange your idle temps are below ambient but until you run more stringent tests, it could be all good so far.

It could happen when you boot up your pc, but after that, it is not so likely, maybe there is something wrong with the temp sensor. You could try different temperature programs to see. Im not so experienced, i thought i would give my opinion .
