The most mine can do is 5.1GHz at around 1.4V and 95°C at full load in Prime95. At 5.2GHz it just overheats in Prime95, despite Corsair H110i cooler running at 100% RPM.

The motherboard is Z390 Aorus Master with F10 BIOS.
The RAM is Trident Z RGB DDR4-4000MHz CL17-17-17-37 1.35V.

The settings are:

Turbo ratio 51.
Uncore 47.
AVX offset 0.
CPU Vcore switched from auto(OC) to normal(Intel).
Dynamic Vcore normal.
Vcore LLC low (higher values cause reboot in Prime95).
Multi core enhancement off.
Energy Efficient Turbo off.
Turbo Power Limits off.
CPU temperature protection 115°C.
VT-d off.
Internal graphics off.

I haven't noticed that it changed. What are they normally? Or what would safe values be?

ETA: I found the CPU PLL OC in the Asus UEFI. Its labeled "PLL Bandwidth" under Tweakers Paradise. Strangely it only gives you levels and not actual values. I set it to 1 from Auto. My CPU PLL OC now reads 1.408v in HWInfo. Now to work on VCCST...
