9600K showing high temps in HWMonitor

Hey all,

HWmonitor is reporting some pretty high temps on my 9600k but iCUE and MSI Dragon Center both report much lower temps.

Any idea which is correct?

download HWInfo and go with whatever program agrees with HWInfo (or ideally just use HWInfo).

HWInfo is also reading much lower than HWMonitor

haha, well at least for me this is the first time i have seen it reporting noticeably higher temps than i would expect

If you have more then 1 program installed that reports temps you will get inconsistent numbers
