video above work for both your cpu and/or xeon 1366 cpus, its the same story just change to your locked multiplier if i remember correct your is at 22x
my previous cpu was i7 950 ,i would consider the upgrade to xeon you will get +2 cores ,4+ghz with overclclock and a pc that will last a bit more before need upgrade
i played ultra high BF5 @ 1080p with a X5660 xeon.

Forgot to mention, i have the stock cooler, and he had a very good cooler, could I go with his guide to 4.2 ghz?
Will my cpu hold up?

NO
you need cooler, those cpus are hot on overclock, you can go with small overclock from 133mhz fsb to 150-160mhz ,since now its winter.

its better to replace thermal paste in your chipset heatsink and cpu cooler as well.

The stock 1366 intel cooler barely keeps up at stock speeds when doing stress tests, you'll have to upgrade that if you have any hope of doing an overclock.

Well, I see what you mean, but I tried overclocking a bit, and i got an overclock to 3.6ghz with a multiplier of 20 and BCLK of 180, the max temperature from a 10 minute test was 77*C, is that bad? If it is, what is the safest temperature for my cpu?

Since these CPU's have zero value a bit of degradation risk is acceptable. Keep it under 90c stressed, 80c normal usage.

These CPU's will quite easily do 4Ghz to as high as 4.4-4.5Ghz if it's a good sample being a higher binned 950 and not a 920/930. It's going to need a proper cooler but has a lot of headroom. 21 multiplier with 200bclk would be a nice starting point with a proper cooler and should be attainable.

Don't forget to correct the RAM multiplier to compensate for the higher bclk.

Definitely need a good cooler. When I was running my i920, I had it overclocked to 4.2 24/7 for YEARS. I had 2 240mm rads in that system and temps were ~65-70 when under full load. Great chips!
