Help overclock cpu i7-2600k

Good night
How are you doing
I am very happy to be here with you and benefit from your experiences
I have a collection with the following specifications:

Processor: Intel Core i7-2600K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 8 MB Cache TURBO OVERCLOCK
Chiller: ARCTIC Alpine 12 chiller with MX-2 putty
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77P-D3
Video cards: Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB GDDR5 OC
Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB DDR3 2x4GB+1x8GB PC3-12800 1600MHz CL11
Hard Disk : Kingston SSD 480GB + Seagate HDD 1TB
Power supply: EVGA 450 BR, 80+ Bronze 450W
Wi-Fi card: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 N900 Dual Band PCI-E Wireless WiFi network Adapter Card for PC

In one of the Arab forums specialized in hardware and computers, I was told that the group is bad, weak, old, and not suitable for games.
I searched a lot on the sites for the correctness of their words, I did not find clear whether it is a good device or not.
But I read a user’s comment that if the processor speed is overclock it will be a good option to play with the graphics card upgrade.

- So I need your help to speed up my processor?
- Is it true that my device is out of date, and is not suitable for gaming?

what games? what settings? what resolution are you playing at? What is your desired frames per second?

At a high level before getting answers to those questions, a 2600k and a gtx 960 is not "unsuitable for games", but is is an older machine.

A 2600k is fine for games, overclocked or not. Yes there are CPUs much faster these days but games will still run fine on a 2600k.

If you overclock it you just need to turn up the CPU multiplier to about 45 and turn the cpu voltage up to about 1.37.

I do not currently have the money to make a new device with a new processor
The speed has been broken until 4.30
cpu voltage : 1.37

I want higher than 4.50
But the device does not work
