As far as voltage degradation, I'm not worried about it, if it happens, it happens lol. Condensation, leaks, etc. are much more of a worry. Plus my old psu literally exploded, so this whole rig is running on borrowed time It is not my primary rig and I can stomach a part loss if it were to happen. Though, I have had good luck so far. My opinion, if you can keep it below 90c max running the stress test of your choice, you are good

oh yeah best 140mm fans performance wise. you should look into an evga T2 psu. I just got the evga 1600W T2 and the voltages are spot on. measured with a dmm I get 12.142V on the 12V rail, 5.050V on the 5V rail, and 3.3167V on the 3V rail at load when pulling like 600 watts never get any Vdrop. I also got a corsair ax1200i but that one dips a bit on the 5V rail and 3V rail. not as good in my opinion.

Already have one (1600 T2) and it is a very good PSU, rock solid voltages. My EVGA 1300 G2 had good voltages too until it EXPLODED. Now I am on my 11 year old silverstone that was previously in the "donate to charity" bin

AVX offset 3 @ 1.150 VCore - 3833
AVX offset 2 @ 1.175 VCore - 3924
AVX offset 0 @ 1.195 VCore - 4096

SanAce makes much more powerful 140x38mm fans than anything Noctua sells (in both CFM and static pressure). They even have 140x38mm fans that have Al frames. The ones I've read about have PWM control too, but they're all too expensive for me.

SanAce even has a 140x51mm, 610g, monster fan that has enough static pressure and CFM it could probably stop a Noctua 140mm fan if the outputs were hooked up.

Why don't you try out Prime95 and see if you're still stable at those overclocks? Small FFT's would be a real test, but the large FFT's with AVX/AVX2 would probably give it a good workout.
