Hello!, i have oc problem with the cpu

Specs:
CPU: i7 6400t 2.20 GHz
Mobo : GA-Z170-HD3 DDR3
RAM : 16 GB DDR3
STORAGE : SSD M.2 512 GB, HDD SATA 3 512 GB
GPU : RX 580 8 GB
PSU : Corsair hx750w
i oc'ed my cpu to 4 Ghz http://valid.x86.fr/tvf8id and crashed from instability issues, at 3,50 i was stable and after 4 Ghz crash i cannot oc the cpu anymore and it dose like that.
anyone could help me?

corsair hx750w ... 750w yeah :/ and i mean i cannot turn up the bus clock anymore and i tryed the same settings and crashed and crashed againe the oc settings... and on 3,50 Ghz worked stable... and now i cannot turn up anymore.

The PSU came out in 2009 so its really old but its not awful or anything like that

Never said you broke anything i said the 80 plus rating does not make something good or bad and what you have is old but NOT bad
Higher efficiency does not make anything better if the voltage regulation and ripple suppression suck

intresting and why i cannot base clock overclock againe?!, because i got to 4ghz and crash it... and after that... i cannot get up not even an inch.
