3770k to used 8700K(non oc'd)?

Is it worth it guys?

The motherboard would be a 'MSI B360M PRO-VH' which is very very modest. Would also need to buy DDR4 ram. Altogether - i'm prob looking at 300 -320 Euros if bought from the same person.

I currently game at 75 fps and the extra cpu power would def benefit me. I have my 3770k at 4.7Ghz so it manages to hold up ok-ish in recent games but the minimum frames can be noticeable. I have also have a 1070 oc'd to just under a 1080.

If i sold my current CPU/Mobo/RAM - i could get 160-180 for it. I was ideally waiting for the next Ryzen line to drop but maybe it's a good deal?
