10940x vs 10920x

Would there be compelling reason to choose 10920x over the 10940x other than the price difference?

Any... subtle boost, overclocking, power, temps etc advantages that may lurk under that calmer facade of the 10920x which might not be obvious at a first look?

You could probably just ask all these questions in one thread by the way.
As stated in my other response, personal choice obviously there is a difference in the chips.
