Couldn't get anything 4600 and up stable. Not sure if it's my sticks but I have some Patriot Viper Steel Series DDR4 16GB (2 x 8GB) 4400MHz PVS416G440C9K coming if they ever get sent
Got 4500-16 stable eventually.

Found a way to get some of the higher attempts to train....
Sometimes I set 15 as the IOL-offset with the others on auto and it will post and then if I add 6 to the 15 to make 21 and subtract 6 from the IOL and type the RTL numbers, that trained with the 15 offset, in manually so they don't have to train
From there, if there are errors, I can raise the IOL's and RTLs together to increase stability or lower them if I want better performance

Good Results.

Don't afraid of higher volts. AFAIK, all motherboard vendors set crazy VCCSA for XMP4800 on Z490.

My 10900K will be here the next Monday. I also ordered XII APEX on NEWEGG, but was delayed for 1 week. Let's see how the 10gen IMC will do

Sweet
I can't buy an Apex here in New Zealand

I tried upping the vccsa a bit but it seemed to make it worse..

Some chips don't like higher VCCSA (>1.6V)...For 4800 I think SA 1.45-1.55V should be enough for MT. Sticks are also important. I tried 3 pairs of F4-3600C15D, only one pair can do 4800 17-17-35 @ VDIMM=1.56V.

Just messin' around to see what results 4000MHz can yield now that I'm getting to learn a little about RTLs
Best is 4000-14-15-15-32-2T
34.6ns
1.125v io
1.225v sa
Dram 1.57v

I'm curious to see what others are getting. I have done about 20 different ram setups and I'm discarding some of the older ones as they are out dated and less refined

I've noticed 1.500v and up seems common for Z490 with XMP.

Yup they seem to strengthen the circuit so that higher VCCIO can also be stabled.
