The Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 850W is priced a little lower than the Asus power supply on Ivory. That's probably the one I would go with.

The HP EX950 is also available, which is a more cost-effective SSD option. I will not blame you if you choose the Samsung SSD. I'm personally waiting for 860 Evo prices to come down to a price I'm willing to pay before replacing my SSDs.

Hey
Sadly the Seasonic is not available in any of the stores not sure why they list it if its not available but it might get back in stock early next month when i buy the parts. Otherwise i need to find a better option than the ASUS strix

for the SSD its around 99nis differece between the HP from what i've checked so i still prefer going with the reliable samsung

Apparently that Asus ROG Strix power supply is a Seasonic Focus Plus rebrand.

wohooo
then im good to go

thanks!

Just hope i can get a decent 2080 super - it seems most stores dont have them in stock
edit- if i dont find a decent 2080 super i might go with the 2070 super instead - should be good for 1080p 240hz aswell right? (when i say 240hz i dont expect every game to push those frames exactly )

The 2070s is a much better value than the 2080s in this context....almost laughably so.

Let me complicate your life a bit by throwing a wrench in this thread. Have you considered the up and coming Ryzen 4000?

Yah, i think you made a right choice. LGA 1200 has an upgrade path but AM4 is done.

I think AMD is trying to rule the world by forcing random people in forums to force otheres to buy their products..

Its insane..
