Temps are high tho, so maybe Imprezzion is right and it's not mounted correctly (but that would be strange because I was very careful during pasting/mounting.)
However my case is almost empty and it should provide good airflow (Meshify S2, no fan added), so again he may be right.
I'm gonna leave it like this until I have something to change in my case because i'm not motivated to mount/paste again.

Anyway thanks again for your help you've helped me a lot!
I will now switch to the ram this weekend and enjoy

You've only 4GB of RAM?

32GB but I didn't change the 4GB default setting for the test.

I kinda got a lot of push back from my post but I stand with my opinion that the mount is bad. The temperatures are too high for a D15.

I'm not basing that on the AVX results. They will always be high on a 9900K(S) no matter what cooling but the non-AVX and more normal tests you ran like realbench are just too high of a temperature to be right for a D15.

I had like 6 different coolers on my own 9900K and even a CM ML360R, a quite mediocre AIO comparable to the D15 in performance would get to 95-100c in AVX but in more normal loads it had no problems keeping it under 75c.

Stable. By stable I mean HCI / TM5 + extreme Anta7 config / Karhu + Cache coverage ranging from 1000%+ to 8000%+, depending on the program used.

I was thinking of lowering VCCIO and VCCSA and re-testing.
I know for sure I can't go below 1.20/1.25 for IO/SA to keep that 1T stable.
You might try pushing your RAM overclock a little harder. I managed to get my Corsair Vengeance LPX nominally rated for 2666Mhz. (JEDEC) but having an XMP overclock of 2800Mhz. to 3255Mhz.

I got a hint from someone in this forum that instead of pushing for [email protected] I should try [email protected]

Currently testing for stability at [email protected] with manually set subtimings at 1.37v and 1.38v DRAM Training Voltage.
IO/SA=1.24/1.29.

My IMC is not the greatest though.

Nor is my 9900KS which idles at VID=1.220v with AC/DC=1/1 and all power saving features in BIOS disabled.
From what I read, an idle of 1.210v with the same settings is considered a mediocre/thrash 9900KS CPU.
Mine seems to be sub-mediocre then.

Those are ripjaws 3200CL14 right?

That should be the famous Samsung b-die. And 3500 is nothing for those.. 4000 CL16 or 4200CL17 is easy mode on those chips.

I have the worst b-die in ocn pretty much and even mine do 4200 16-17-17-34-320-2T with enough volts lol.

Yes, they are.

BUT, they're 4 dimms of 16GBs.
Not the easiest to drive around with.

For example they don't even boot at [email protected] with all the subtimings on auto.
DRAM Training Voltage 1.38v also.
VCCIO/VCCSA=1.24/1.29v.

I'm also sensitive to temperature and noise.
I'm not willing to sacrifice stability with low noise and temperatures for any type of performance increase.
I like operating a PC, not a vacuum cleaner.

That's the main reason I won't push the voltage to obtain AVX 0 on a CPU Ratio of 50. And my sub-par CPU needs plenty for that.
AVX 1 is fine for me.

I will try to repaste/mount again later with Kryonaut like suggested. But right now i think i will keep it like this until I have something else to change in my case (or if that cause me trouble in my daily usage).
