Need help with 10700k OC

I just built a 10700k with a Asus z490 Strix-A Gaming, 360mm AIO, 2X16gb Corsair RGB Vengeance 3200mhz and Corsair RM850X power Supply. I want to do a simple oc on all cores to hit 4.8ghz. What settings should I set in bios?

if 4.8 u want..
first update your bios.
when it restart choose intel spec
done. u got a all core 4.7-4.8 depending on your temps) with 4-5 core boosting to 5 and two cores boosting to 5.1..

Ok so I just updated to latest bios version 0607. Now you say choose intel spec? What setting is that in Asus bios? I'm very new to this. All I have done so far is enable xmp

One last thing. I notice something weird when I shut off my computer the usb power is still live to my audio interface and another usb device. It's like the usb is always on. Is this normal and how do I fix that? I tried disabling fast start in win10 but makes no difference

why would you do a 4.8ghz constant "turbo" oc?

hit that ***** up to 5.0/5.1 ATLEAST or even 5.2/5.3 if you have a good chip.

settings?

enable max power settings
mess with the LLC and see which one suits your cpu best based on workloads
see how much you can reach in freq without going over 1.35v
don't worry about temps because i dont think you'll ever go over 75 in games even on the max stated vcore
