Overclocking Xeon X5670

My System:
Intel Xeon x5670
Air cooled
12gb ram



Im kinda new to overclocking.

But I upped my Bus Speed to 166 and have it running at 4ghz.
I have manually set the ram speed to around the base clock of my ram (1333)
Core voltage is automatically set to 1.288v (should I manually put that lower ? Or just leave it at auto ? )


When playing a game the cpu gets to around 70 degrees celcius. (im not sure if this is too hot)


Any suggestions as to what I should change? And If I should change anything ?
Would be nice to even put the overclock even higher if possible.
