The hwinfo ss it's for C-R15.

Edith. At stock P95 the voltage peaks 1.24

One thing I notice is your idle CPU temps appear a bit high?

In no way should it be misconstrued that I do not disagree.

@El Media Vida

I tried to match your clocks; 4700MHz CPU/4300MHz Ring and an AVX offset of 0.

Ran RealBench 2.56 15 minute stress test using 16GB RAM.

While my CPU idle temps were ~11°C lower than yours, my load temps were ~20°C lower.

Not knowing what voltages you are using, I just tried 1.125VCore Adaptive in BIOS with a -80mV offset.

But have max Vcore 1.180 and I have 1.216

I'll try with repaste...

What are your BIOS VCore, VDroop (LLC) and offset settings? I will try another run with those.

If you really want to lower your CPU temps, direct die is the way to go. I saw over 10°C drop in some cases, but at least 5°C.

And, using RockitCool delidder, it was easy.

In no way should it be misconstrued that I do not disagree.

I delided my 9900k, I was trying to get 5+ghz the delid helped alot, my temps dropped by around 15c, my pc runs 1.36v @5.0ghz for everyday use. I don't do much intensive work, last time I checked in cinebench it didn't go over 60c, but I do have a custom loop. The problem with these cpus as you prob already know is the heat transfer from the die to ihs and then heatsink, and these cpus run too hot for my liking, with the delid the heat is transferred a lot quicker away from the cpu i.e less heat soak in the die.
