4670K Max safe core voltage

I have a delidded chip which runs relatively cool, it maxes out at around 58-60 C under 100% load.
It is running at 1.32 VID so around 1.336 Vcore in override mode and 1.32-1.35-1.36 in adaptive. It i running at 4.7 Ghz. I have an MSI Z87-G45.

Can this be considered a safe voltage? Should I lower it to prevent possible degradation or is it safe at these temps?

It is perfectly stable as it is, I am running cache at 4.4 at 1.296 volts and VCCIN at 1.95 currently. I am using C-states. Should I mess with other stuff in BIOS like LLC?
