Help OC 3770k+DDR3-2133

Hi people

I want to stay with my PC one or 2 years more (until Zen4 maybe) I have tried to squeeze my computer but with no success. I have red ansd tried a lot but only I have achieved 4.3 Ghz of OC. Dunno!

CPU 3770k
RAM RipjawsX DDR3-2133MHz CL11-13-13-31 1.50V 16GB (2x8GB) - F3-2133C11D-16GXL
MB ASUS P8Z68-M PRO
COOLER Noctua NH-L12
CASE Corsair Air Carbide 240
PSU HX850i

As I said I reached 4.3Ghz (with all basically in auto) and with this Prime95 gets 80-84º, in games only 76º C top. The RAM I stick on 1600 because I have tried XMP Profile or put on 2133 but Windows doesnt boot.

Mi idea was to get 4.5 Ghz at least and RAM on 2133 or if there is no performance on that speed of DDR3 let it in 1600 but with lower timings!

Any tips, or step by steps guides will be helpfull

Cheers!!!

The board you are using is pretty **** tbh and might be the reason why i doesnt want to run 2133mhz RAM XMP.
You could try setting the RAM somewhere between 1600-1866mhz and try tightening the timings (manually set RAM voltage to 1.5V before you do so instead of auto)

On that board i would limit my Vcore coltage to 1.28-1.3V and not use the highest LLC setting (you want some droop on Vcore) and see how high you can get it.
With that voltage you should be able to get between 4.2-4.4ghz
Often 4.5ghz on a 3770K requires around 1.32-1.35V (with some droop) but you might get lucky.

Anyways, dont go all out with that board.
Keep your Vcore and LLC limited.

Thanks Farih!
Refering RAM I have just get the problem. I used only 1.5V and need more. So now I have 1.65V and can use it with its fabric clocks 2133.
I tried your tips refering to CPU Voltage. Now its in Auto and I can see at load it uses 1.220V aprox. for 4.3Ghz
I will tell you with near 1.3V
Thanks
