i7-10700k safe voltage

Hi,
i've never overclocked a processor.
i recently bought an i7-10700k and i wanna know the safe range for the voltage. i got a cooler master master liquid 240 as a cooler.
and if you have other tips or advise for me io will be happy to read it.

I would not go much higher than 1.4v core voltage to be safe. What is the stock voltage when you just raise the multiplier to 51 with application load?
