I know icy hot is cold, then it heats up. Is their a gell that stays cold? Do you think it would change my temps if i put it on my heatsink?

It would work a little worse than toothpaste, but definitely as well as elmer's glue.

You do realize Icy Hot feels cold because of a chemical reaction... Icy Hot isn't actually cold.

Put your motherboard in the toilet tank.

Take the heatsink off and blast the ihs with canned air upside down...not only will your cpu get frosty, bit you'll be in another dimension of wheee.gif

Well forget about the icy hot, im just talking about a gel with the same icy felling. If its cold then, why would it not bring down my temps?

If you put an extremely cold goo on your heatsink, then it would only be temporary because it would eventually warm up.

Then you'd have to clean that goo off the heatsink and put new goo on there that's fresh out of the refrigerator.

Loneliness is a good thing to share with someone.

The virtuous spirit has no need for thankful approval, owning a certain conviction that what has been done is right.
