Well... looks like the numbers are against me. The next time I'm supposed to claim my next points will be after the FaT ends. I hate when sometimes you go for only 2 hours to complete and 7 hours to complete... oh well. I'll keep running anywho...

That's just how it goes. But on the flip side you can start folding hours before the fat starts and get points for work done before the event actually started, so it balances out imo.

So that was my first folding event in about a decade, didn't get a good "rolling start" but did manage to get 4 systems up by the end of it.

It is crazy the PPD numbers that we can get now. I remember 5-10k was respectable at the time! Never would believed one user could put up 10,000,000 PPD (@jpmboy)

I know the feeling, my first 100-200 work units were worth probably < 1000 each. I have another "group" I folded for about a decade ago that I only earned ~9000 points with 10 work units . Now I get 750,000ish per day with one graphics card and a 4790k

I just started folding for the first time a few days before the Foldathon. I managed to land in the 18th spot. Started at 745 points and finished with 1,847,991 using an MSI RTX 2070 Armor and Ryzen 5 2600 on Windows 10 64bit. Not sure if those numbers are good numbers or not. I literally just built the computer a few days ago.

Many of them are pools of users.
why would you user-pool on an account attached to a wallet? i understand that the non-wallet accounts are probably pools, but most of them are accounts with curecoin or the wallet codes.

Well.. almost a month ago, I was excited to get my first 1 million. It took several members asking me to join over the past 2 years. I'd fold, and then I wouldn't. It was slow going. I had a 1050ti at best. On Dec 31st, I was awarded my 1 million points badge. Now, on an rx 580 8gb red dragon, I'm going to hit 10 million just a month later. Maybe on the 31st, maybe on the 1st of Feb... I'll keep folding for OCN this year to get my first participant badge.
