Typically yes, being cheap on power while still wanting to contribute something. I think there were year+ long gaps between folding a few times while I was in college though, I'm just hitting 600 WUs. My first WUs for OCN were in 2010 on I think a 9800GTX.

I find it pretty funny that you guys are now able to stomp my 9 years of effort in a few day folding event

I know that one. We recently went solar, and our batteries struggle to charge with only 9 panels (a standard system has 6). And of course we're trying to use as little grid power as possible.

Anyone have any idea how I can get rid of a failed work unit in [email protected] ? I lost a whole day of GPU folding.

stop/start the slot? If not delete the slot and readd.

Thanks a lot for the input. I finally ended up installing a different driver, even though I haven't changed anything, I was on a beta through windows insider and I guess for some reason it started failing. Even after reinstalling the whole [email protected] program, the driver was the only thing that made a difference. Welp, 24 hours wasted in the foldathon, great timing for it to act up.

How much do you get out of 9 solar panels? Is it a value you can share in terms of average usable kilowatt hours per day? Does output drop too much on cloudy days? Never looked into solar
