Haven't folded since 2011.. Feb 2020 Random WU ?

Hi all, Been a long time since I folded for the team Figured now is better time then ever to get started.

Setting things up and will fold tonight if all goes smoothly...I have an i9900k at 5.1 and a 2080ti both on water.

I was reviewing my data on Extreme's site: https://folding.extremeoverclocking....hp?s=&u=563435

It shows a WU run in Feb of 2020? ? ?

My current rig is very clean ... new O/S put on earlier this year... and I only game on it really..

Thoughts on why/how?

No idea on the random fold. Could have been someone else like mmonnin suggested. Make sure you request your passkey for the ever coveted bonus points. Also, you probably don't need to fold on the CPU, honestly with the points a 2080 Ti puts out, it's just not worth it to stress your CPU like that.

I have that same random points on the same date for me as well. I think its just an error in recording the stats. (I am using a passcode also)

A passcode doesn't stop anyone from using any username.

It might be related to EOC updates

Using the teams number 37726, is not the same as requesting a passkey here https://apps.foldingathome.org/getpasskey. Enter it on the identity tab, without the official passkey, you won't be getting nearly as many points as you should. A RTX 2080 Ti should yield around 2.5 million PPD. If you aren't getting that, you did something wrong.

2.5M PPD hahah... my 3 9800gtx took forever to get my 2.8M LOL...

I haven't folded in a while but used my historical passkey that I added as well. It took the key both went green when I entered them.

Should that still work? I only ran a few smaller WU's last night.. not 24/7

Not seeing WUs show up on the extreme site? Can't recall how long it takes to post up. (so maybe something is wrong)..

yah that's what I thought on the updates... I didn't see anything from last nights folds. so idk...

Anyone know if my key would still be good from 2011? (idk why it wouldn't) :/

no WUs coming my way all morning)

So I started client .. everything was grayed out and "inactive"

I went to the web version of folding with the client running ...and it kicked in my FAHclient to "online"
