I laughed so hard when I read that, my fiance gave me the funniest look!

Ok, it stresses your CPU...but anything you do stresses it...turning on your computer stresses it.

If you are running a very stable computer, I think you'd be hard pressed to find any incriminating evidence to the effect that it "hurts" your processor in the long run.
