I was wonder because my friend told me that if you use the cpu 100% always and leave it overnight it might burn the components and i said i din think so but they he said pretend you got a hot wire and you put a fan on it it can olny cool so much so is it true it might burn the computer components?

Full system load over an extended period of time shouldn't hurt it...think about how much servers work. It might weed out some minor instability of your overclocking, but it's not gonna fry the CPU as long as the cooling is sufficient

I just turn mine off for like a minute or 2 every once in a while to clear out the memory so it doesn't start running slow. But I have 3 running 24/7 no problems.
