I'm seeing a lot of different Soyo Dragon boards out there. What chipset is it? And what OS are you using? Win 2000 requires SP4 (I believe it is) for USB, and most installation disks don't include the drivers, but rather recommend updating to the correct service pack. Win XP has them built-in. Either way, there could be an updated driver at Soyo's site as well.
