Hi,
Yeah if it has a cmos reset button
If not it has a jumper probably near the bottom of the board near auto xmp switch.

1. power off, PSU on, press the clrcmos button on the back on the APEX (it's on the IO panel. no need to hold it down)
2. power off, psu off, pull the "watch" battery in the MB.

Thanks. The apex is a great board but its kinds of pain for some having to always reset the bios to get it working with change of cpus.

you WANT the bios to reset to defaults when changing the CPU - it should do it automatically.
