I’m fine with just doing one curve if I have to, but if I can’t spin the fans slower than 60% anyway, what’s the point?
I actually just went and got a corsair commander pro so that I can control all fans based on water temp. It doesn't need iCue running if using a temp sensor to control fan speed, just a one time setup and it can go. I didn't' want to spend much, so Aqueros was out of the question. Installing it tonight. Might be your cheapest bet for what you want to do.

Turbo for oc'ing and silent for not no crapware needed for that.

Extreme oc'ing just set to full blast save it with all other oc settings as usual.

I have since just gone with manual dial fan controllers on both system and just give the board a couple fans to keep it happy.

Can you explain what’s all going in that photo? Is your case in cabinet or something? Are those dials fan controllers, what kind? Etc.

I keep my fans running on liquid temp with min speed at 400rpms and max at 2000rpms with min temp of 28 and mad of 32C
Corsair Commander pro = $70 and wont keep it tight. Fans cycle up and down, has a crappy hysteresis.
Aquaero 6LT = $110 and works flawlessly. Dont really think spending another $40 was out of the question for perfect performance.
Its a bit more if you want the display.

I agree with you, but if I want Aquareo, I want the whole Pro deal and may use it for another build. Also correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they charge a subscription for their software?

My other reason was because Best Buy is right by my work and I wanted something to do this weekend. I had my doubts, but that's what returns are for. I was having that fan issue, plus fan hubs cutting out until I took off the hub controlling DC fans (I have a mix of PWM and DC fans that came with the case). Once I manually set the pin-outs to force PWM and DC and make sure the hubs weren't mixing pwm and dc, everything leveled out and now it's purring nicely. I've also got the ax1500i, and a corsair keyboard, so having this sort of fun control under one shell is nice. The Link software was horrid, but I'm starting to like iCue. Dashboards nice and clean, wish it showed more info from the mobo. From what I've experienced, it's the least annoying to use and doesn't crash the machine like AiSuite.

Hi,
Top image of both rigs where I added a second floor to house radiators and also fan controllers fit inside too

Right side one was pretty cheap two pci-e slot dual fan controller I bough a couple long ago

This is not the ones installed only one fan wire mine have two out each one controller that I control 4 fans out each one
https://www.overclock.net/forum/styl...44-other_3.jpg
I tried this one and it's too weak for 2-3. fans but is the same cheapo brand
https://www.amazon.com/Evercool-Twis...gateway&sr=8-1

The left side was a more elaborate one 6 fan controller rgb very solid probably will buy another newegg had the best price

I believe I'm still on a triple digit bios, 802 maybe? It's been a while but I would also like to know this.

Hi,
Any bios over 1401 just changes the tj max to 110c and higher core temps because it's concocted from an average of that number supposedly so most see at least 5c higher temps.

Most pretty much state at 1301 for best performance
Newest bios only needed for 99..x series chips.
