Boards for an i9-9900k with 8x/4x/4x CPU pcie support

I'm looking for a motherboard for my new build. I want to run 3x SSDs, 1 through the PCH and 2 through the CPU. That should provide enough bandwidth to prevent any of the them from throttling.

In order for this to work, I need a motherboard that can support 8x/4x/4x PCIe directly from the CPU. I've had a hard time searching for motherboards that meet this criteria. So far, I've only found the Gigabyte Z390 Designare and the ASRock Z390 Taichi. What others are available? Any cheaper options with less features? I don't need things like dual LAN, wifi, or tons of USB3 ports.
