How Many A-RGB Can I Connect To A Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master?

Hello, I'm planning on doing a completely new build and with it, my plan is to use the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master for my motherboard. I know it has 2 addressable RGB headers on it, and then another 2 just RGB headers on it. So my question is, how many addressable RGB devices can I run on it? With my new build, I plan to have 9 EK Vadar RGB fans, EK RGB CPU block, EK RGB Graphics Card block, and EK RGB Pump/Reservoir combo unit. So a total of 12 A-RGB devices. I would like to have them all synced together with the motherboard if possible.

Also speaking of motherboard sync RGB, is the G.Skill Trident Z RGB ram going to sync with the motherboard? Or will I have to use a different type of ram?

Thanks!
