How to let VCore flucuate with processor speed on rampage V

Hello,

I think i am not really explaining very well what i mean, sorry for that.

It's been a while since i was overclocking so....

For the moment running Asus Rampage V extreme with i7 5930k @ 4.7 Ghz with 1.4Vcore and some other changes in voltage. System seems stable. ( I know 1.4 is too much and will degrade the processor. That doesn't matter for the moment )

What i am looking for is the fact that after setting manual Vcore, the system runs continiously on 1.4Vcore, as far as i know on older systems it was possible to set a manual vcore but that the vcore still lowered when the processor wasn't running at max. I don't find this setting in the rampage bios.

Is this still possible?
Hope someone knows the answer to this.

Regards and thanks

keep SpeedStep and C-States enabled and don't set a manual voltage, leave it on auto and use an offset.
