Is that a good pair, or any other suggestions? I would love to hit 5GHz on my RAM if at all possible with maybe some more higher end modules?

Also, I'm still heavily leaning towards the Strix z390-H or Maximus XI Hero. Will those work?

RGB RAM is going to OC less than non-RGB RAM since the LEDs are using some of the DIMM socket juice.

Here's a good tool for finding B-Die.

RAM at 5000 is a pipe-dream to run stable 24/7 without using a 2 DIMM board and even then it's unlikely with decent timings.

I'm going to go ahead and get the RGB TridentZ, they should be fine already at 3600 and if I can get them any higher, awesome. If not, oh well.

If I wanted 32gb, would I do 2 or 4 sticks with Intel on that board?

I've got a set of these two on my 9900X board, pretty nice sticks and cheap.
