Z390: Single click restart before BIOS boot

Hello there,

Is it normal that my Z390 motherboard quickly restarts once in the beginning when I do a cold start (disconnected from power). Like it starts, click, restarts for a second and then boots?

Yes, it's normal. Many motherboards do memory training and other things that require a restart on cold boot. Nothing to worry about.
