Hello there,

I got this MOBO from a friend of mine and since I had some PC part and specifically several HDD laying around, I thought to put them together and build a backup only system.
Installed Win10 without any problem. The only thing I noticed at the beginning was the high speed of the CPU fan. I changed it with another one but it is still the same.
This was my first issue. I played with the setting in the BIOS, but when I lowered the speed, the PC would shut down.

The other issue was that after shutting down, the PC would turn on partially. There is no beep and no picture on the screen. Meanwhile the CPU fan spins with the same high speed as before.

I changed the CMOS battery with a new one. The PC would still not boot properly to see picture on the screen.
Then I moved the jumper to clear the BIOS memory and placed it back. Then the PC booted normally. It seemed that there was no problems (other than the high CPU fan speed). I was able to work and install other software etc.

On the restart, or new start the machine would behave the same. CPU fan running but no picture on the screen. If I move the BIOS clear jumper back and forth, than the PC would start again

I was wondering if any one of you would advise me how to fix these two issues and have it back to normal work.

Thank you for reading and thank you for finding some time to enlighten and help me here.
